Our Classes

  • Ballet

    Ballet being the foundation for all dance forms is often described as graceful, magical, exciting and theatrical.

    Our weekly ballet classes can be described in much of the same way. We focus on developing our students' technical and performance abilities through traditional ballet training techniques, inspiring growth in many areas such as body awareness, strength, flexibility, musicality, expression and confidence.

    We aim to ignite, motivate and invoke a love of ballet in every student who joins us on the dance floor.

  • Acro

    Is your child constantly upside down, hanging off of furniture or flipping around? Do you sometimes fear for their safety? Then Acro is the right class for them!

    Acro combines acrobatic movements such as cartwheels, handstands, walkovers and other balancing and tumbling skills with dance movement. With a focus on the safety of our students, we challenge them to develop strength, flexibility and skill through progressions. Acro is a very valuable class when it comes to building confidence. The very nature of acro lends to skill achievement which is easy for students to recognize. We love celebrating their accomplishments and as a result we see their self-pride blossom.

  • Jazz

    Jazz dance is an energetic and stylistic form of movement where students will explore the development of flexibility, strength, coordination and endurance.

    Students of our lively jazz dance classes will enjoy a variety of styles of upbeat music from pop to jazz and everything in between.

  • Tap

    Tap is a musical exploration of rhythm and sound where students will learn to use both their bodies and ears to create dance magic. With a focus on terminology and technique dancers will experience the many gifts tap class has to offer such as, musicality, focus, body control, balance, working with others and so much more.

  • Hip Hop

    Our Hip Hop classes focus on achieving a true street dance vibe, while developing our students skills. When we combine style and skill together with high energy music it results in a rewarding dance experience each and every week.

    Our Hip Hop program is built on making this popular and energetic style of dance age appropriate and accessible for all.

    Dress Code: Street clothes and indoor running shoes

  • Musical Theatre

    This class gives students a chance to work on dancing, lip singing. Students will participate in improvisation exercises, scene study, facial expression exercises, as well as Broadway style jazz dancing.

  • Lyrical

    Lyrical is a combination of Ballet and Jazz styles that together create a captivating and beautiful genre of dance. Dancers will learn strong technique while focusing on building emotion in their movements and storytelling through their performance.

  • Contemporary

    Contemporary is a unique style combining Jazz, Ballet & Modern. Contemporary combines skills from these styles along with abstract shapes, floor work and different rhythms to challenge dancers to think outside of the box.

  • Parent & Tot

    Bond with your child while exploring the joy of movement and music together. An interactive class where parents participate with their toddlers. With a focus on social interaction, body awareness and overall development this introductory class is an awesome experience for both the child and parent.

  • Babes In Motion

    Do you have a budding ballerina at home? Then Babies In Motion is for them! Twirling, skipping and leaping their way through a ballet based program combined with imagination and music. Your baby ballerina will feel like a prince or princess while being introduced to beginner ballet concepts and terminology

  • Creative Tots

    Foster a love of music and movement in this energetic class. Creative tots will have your little ones moving and grooving while working on gross motor development, musicality and socialization.

Age Groups

Parent Tot: 18-24 Months

Babes In Motion: 2-3

Creative Tot & Kinder Acro: 3-5

Mini: Ages 5 to 7

Junior: Ages 8 to 10

Intermediate: 11 and up
